This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated satin. These panels are pre-pleated and pre-cut into skirt panels. It's a heavy black satin in a knife pleat. They have a great structured movement, in two different sizes. Opaque with a smooth handle, and lovely satin sheen. Would make the most incredible dress or skirt, so romantic!
