This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated satin. It's stripe plissé pleated, and looks similar to smocking, with a lovely medium satin sheen. It's quite lightweight, with a bouncy drape, and stretches more than 50%. Has such a lovely handle and catches the light so beautifully! Perfect for a top or dress!
