This ex-designer fabric is an exquisite lace with a subtle sheen. It's corded and has a scallop on both edges.  Featuring a rose motif, the fabric can be used as one piece of the motifs could be cut out and appliqued on for denser coverage. Perfect for lingerie, nightwear or adding a lace embellishment to a dress!
