This ex-designer fabric is a tulle. It's soft, with a basic tulle structure and handle. Woven from a network of tiny interconnecting hexagons which gives it the characteristic net like appearance. Lightweight with a crisp drape. Perfect for a gathered underskirt, accessories, and crafting!
