This ex-designer trim is a pearl trim. It has a string of pearls and beads dangling from a black tulle band. Medium to heavy weight. Easy to attach by hand, or carefully with a machine on the tulle. Catches the light beautifully, and adds a fun and classy touch to a project. Perfect for bridal, or for a special garment!
