This ex-designer fabric is a cady. Cady is similar to a crepe, but has been woven with multiple ply threads. This means it has a good structure whilst maintaining a beautiful weight and drape. It is often woven with viscose and acetate for a lovely soft handle and a gentle ease. Medium weight, opaque, and very comfortable to wear! Has a bit of stretch for ease of comfort. Ideal for trousers, a dress, or even a jumpsuit!
