This ex-designer fabric is a unique chiffon. It's a white chiffon with sets of ruffle shirred stripes across the warp. It creates a crinkle and shirred chiffon cloth that stretches to about 40-50% length ways. Has such a lovely texture from the ruffles. It's semi-sheer and medium weight, with a float handle and heavier but lovely drape. Perfect for a summer top, dress, skirt, or for a modern bridal look! This is a shorter width with one end without a typical selvedge.
