This ex-designer hardware is a decorative buckle made of 5 rectangle pieces. It's metal and silver with a yellow crystal embedded in the central panel. It has two channel openings at either end where a 35mm strap can be threaded through, these two end rectangles snap closed and the other two also are on hinges. It could be used as a decorative slider as an embellishment on accessories like bags and belts! 

Width: 4cm x 12cm, closed and 17.5cm, open. 3.5cm strap channel.
