This ex-designer fabric is a lace. It has a large scrolling design in black that repeats at the edges and meets in the centre. Has a flat finish and is light weight, with a comfortable handle. A medium coverage lace design. Semi-sheer and drapes beautifully! Perfect for a fancy dress overlay, or top!
