This ex-designer fabric is a cotton selvedge denim. It's in a rope-like striped weave in washed-out black and cream, down the warp. Both selvedges have a red stripe and rounded, finished edge. Has a soft handle, with a light weight. Lovely gentle structure and fully opaque. Great quality from Japan and has such a lovely worn-in like softness. Would look great as shorts or a cropped jacket!
