This ex-designer fabric is a unique tulle. It has a silver glitter zebra stripe design, on a soft pink tulle. Super sparkly in the light! The gold glitter is high-quality and stays on well. Light to medium weight, with quite a distinctive texture from the glitter. Has a nice structure and falls beautifully. Perfect as a top or under layer on a fancy dress!
