This ex-designer trim is a sleeve pad. Sleeve head roll is used alongside shoulder pads to give structure to the shoulders and top of sleeve. It is a lightweight and airy wadding. It nestles around inside the crown of the sleeve, sewn in by hand or machine. Great for filling out a jacket, coat, or dress project!
