This ex-designer fabric is a coated cotton. It's a black and white stripe poplin/shirting cotton. The reverse has a black coating, which helps waterproof it and makes it great for outdoor wear or patio projects. It's smooth and has a crispy handle, and has a good structure. Lightweight and fully opaque. Perfect for a lightweight rain jacket!
